you have just missed the battle that will never happen again in the battle it was horrible there where bodied parts flying every where, there where galloglasses unseaming people there  where also kerns stabbing people with their little swords and their people were pouring out blood a lot of people who weren’t going to fight trusted their heels and ran away. Some people where choking their art it was terrifying people carving their way there was no moment in the battle that there would be silence all you hear cling clang cling clang and the clop of horses and the crackle wood burning form that there was an intense heat and a deafening screech out of no where it made my own blood curdle just like cream it was a kern that had set fire he was as flammable as any super flammable material you can think of he must have been hit by a flaming arrow because the remains of a burnt arrow in his left shoulder blade there where walls of arrows that where unbreakable the only way you could survive is for a shell of shields even you might not survive the best option you has was to hide in a building the only soldier that could survive it with out any of that is a galloglass because he is like a brick wall there only unprotected bit was their neck and there where way to tall for a swordsman whilst mounted on their trusted steed. Today has been life changing for every one even families because lots of people where dying and getting injured. People where dragging their selves to shelter trying to protect them selves if they where lucky they would get seen to and treated I don’t think any one would like to be in this battle

Reeve creates an effective character with shrike by giving him two sides one good side he has created one bad side the good side was shown when he helped Hester when she was laying on the ground he said “you cant stay here” in a voice almost like someone scraping chalk across a blackboard this is used to make him sound damaged and injured when he really is not he cant die he is technically invincible he has a metal body he is all plugs and gas he is moving by hydraulics.

This shows even though he is said and supposedly emotionless he truly is not because he is helping her which shows real affection much as that makes him a good character he isn’t because he stalks Hester and tom trying to kill them so that is the bad side though probably this could be because of chrome because he could have brain washed shrike into thinking that tom and Hester are his enemy’s so he could be confused because when people are confused about their emotions the could end up being really kind then suddenly end up trying to kill you.

So I chrome could have brain washed him on the other hand Hester did betray him when she ran away to kill valentine for what he did to her parents in this is showing that shrike was a bad creation because he has amazing powers yet he is using them to his advantage he has super speed and super strength he probably has super every thing. Now talking about the good side he does care he may have no feelings meant as senses though in the other meaning he can feel emotions like happy and sad.I don’t thinks that he was serious because Hester said “he must have been joking he didn’t have his claws out

I think that it is wrong that shrike was going to do it but I can understand why he is doing this Hester Shaw was the one that brought it on because she must have upset chome and chrome set shrike on Hester Shaw and shrike was probably promised a great reward.

And that reward is shrike turning Hester Shaw into a stalker he said that she would be beautiful and she would be respected and they finally came to an agreement that she would become one as long as Tom was left alone.I personally think that tom will die.
